Sip & Snack At The Mac Release of Liability Form. The undersigned, desiring to entr and participate in the Sip & Snack At The MAC to be held September 24 2022, at McFarland Living History Ranch in Galt, California does hereby tender his/her application to participate. If this application is accepted, the undersigned participant(s) having his/her own insurance, assumes the liability for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the County of Sacramento, Department of Regional Parks, Recreation, and Open Space (and all its officers and participants); and the Galt Area Historical Society, Inc., (and all its officers, and members) from and against any and all liabilities arising from said event, holding them harmless and indemnifying them against judgements whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly out of or in connection with, participation in said event. Warrant the undersigned will personally read the rules and regulations under which said event will be conducted and will abide by said rules and regulations.
