This is a RAIN or SHINE OUTDOOR event. Setup for vendors begins at 7 AM. You may bring your vehicle to your booth space, unload and then proceed to park your vehicle in the designated parking area. Once your vehicle is unloaded and parked, you may then setup. When event is over, please tear down your booth and then get your vehicle to load. We need to keep vehicle traffic to a minimum in the vendor area. Please note any special requests or comments below. Vendors must have a valid CA Seller's Permit or valid reason for not having one. Application may be rejected if not complete. You may be asked to submit pictures of items and/or setup. BREAKING DOWN YOUR BOOTH PRIOR TO 3 PM WILL EXCLUDE YOU FROM FUTURE EVENTS. FAILURE TO SHOW UP FOR THE EVENT OR NOT LEAVING YOUR SPACE CLEAN WILL EXCLUDE YOU FROM FUTURE EVENTS. Your spot is only guaranteed upon receipt of a COMPLETED application AND any required PAYMENT. Vendor is only being rented a space. Vendor must provide tables, chairs, canopy(ies), all setup materials, etc. The booth space will be 10' x 10' / 10' x 20', please plan accordingly. All items must be contained within your booth space. NO REFUND unless this event is canceled by the Galt Area Historical Society PRIOR to start of the event. ALL CANOPIES MUST BE SECURED WITH WEIGHTS DESIGNED FOR CANOPIES. A MINIMUM OF 10 LBS PER LEG. IF YOU SHOW UP WITHOUT WEIGHTS, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO SETUP AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. CSD FIRE CAN SHUT YOU DOWN FOR INADEQUATE WEIGHT. No electricity is available. No generators are permitted. Vendors understand that the organizers of this event are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged equipment, accident and/or injury to me or my guests/associates/customers, and do not hold the promoters/organizers for any liability. Although the organizers of this event will be marketing on Facebook, social media, local print in and around the town of Galt, the vendor understands that the financial success as a vendor is their responsibility. Release of Liability. I, the undersigned, as a vendor in this event on August 27, 2022, my own insurance and assumes the liability for, and shall indemnify and hold harmless Sacramento County Parks & Recreation , and Open Space (all its officers and participants and the Galt Historical Society, Inc. (and all its officers and members) from and against judgements whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly out of or in connection with, participation in said event. I will personally read the rules and regulations and abide by them. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ THE ABOVE: *
